All reservations include all taxes and out cleaning fee up to $150

Dec 18th, 2009 – Dec 23rd, 2010

  • $210/night 2 nt min – $1300/Week

Dec 24th, 2009 – Jan 2nd, 2010

  • $425/night 4 nt min – $2500/Week

January 3rd, 2010 – February 11th, 2010

  • $225/night 2 nt min – $1400/Week

February 12th, 2010 – February 20th, 2010

  • $275/night 3 nt min – $1500/Week

February 21st, 2010 – March 31st,  2010

  • $225/night 2 nt min – $1500/Week

April 1st, 2010 – May 31st, 2010

  • $180/night 2 nt min – $1000/Week

June 1st, 2010 – September 30th

  • $275/night 2 nt min – $1400/Week

Payment and Cancellation Policies

25% of the rent is required to complete the booking for non holiday bookings, 50% is required for any bookings over national holidays. (balance due 30 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel before 30 days , payments (less 100) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

Owner accepts payments by: Credit Card, Direct Bank Deposit – Cash – Email Money Transfer. There is a $500 damage deposit held on your credit card at booking. You will see no charges unless the damage deposit has to be used.
