Payment and Cancellation Policies
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking for non holiday bookings, 50% is required for any bookings over national holidays. (balance due 30 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel before 30 days , payments (less 100) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Credit Card, Direct Bank Deposit – Cash – Email Money Transfer. There is a $500 damage deposit held on your credit card at booking. You will see no charges unless the damage deposit has to be used.
