Hiking and Mountain Biking

Ride the North Star quad up 2100 vertical feet to the top of the mountain and enjoy 7 hiking and biking trails of varying length and difficulty. Stop for a bite to eat at the Kootenay Haus Mountain Top Bistro and enjoy the mountain top views. Directly out the back door of The Legends you can access trails that will connect you to the Kimberley Nature Park. The Nature Park boasts over 1800 acres with many multi use trails that criss cross through the hillsides and offer stunning views. Kimberley is home to some of the most pristine waters for fly fishing in British Columbia. The rivers are home to cutthroat, bull, rainbow and eastern trout.
